Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will grant you full command over your email accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can create a new e-mail account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can forward email messages from one email mailbox to another, activate mail filters, create autoresponders and defend your email mailboxes against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mailbox accounts against spam emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired electronic mails will find their way into your email box. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtering your incoming email messages on the basis of specific criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your email accounts and define the email filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mail messages from one mail account to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Just select the e-mail box account you would like to redirect e-mail messages from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the email client of your liking to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you want to set up on your personal computer or cellular phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
